Overview
The CoachRx Payroll feature allows coaches that are using CoachRx payments to seamlessly run payroll through CoachRx. You must be connected to Payments to use the Payroll feature.
Setting Up Commissions
Commissions can be set by product, client, or coach and by a percentage of the payment OR a flat fee.
Product Level: Commissions can be set per product during product creation.
Client Level: Customized commissions can be set per client on the Payroll page in settings or when adding a new client.
Coach Level: Commissions can be set per coach on the Payroll screen under settings.
Commission Precedence: If a product has a commission connected it will take precedence. If there is no commission connected to the product, but the client who is paying has a commission connected, that will take precedence. If there is no commission connected to the product or client, the coach commission will be used. Please note, for CoachRx to recognize commissions owed, the product must be connected to the coach.
Running Payroll
Follow this recommended workflow:
Choose date range
Run Payroll
Review Payroll Items
Add additional items if necessary
Export to CSV for payment-based report if necessary
Fulfill Payroll
Review Payroll Metrics
Payroll Data
Data is pulled from Stripe through integrated Payments. You can also manually add payroll items. Coach pay is calculated through products, clients, or coach commission structure.
