This guide explains how to manage your CoachRx subscription, including upgrading or downgrading your plan, updating your payment method, and what happens if a payment is missed.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
To upgrade or downgrade your CoachRx subscription:
Go to Account Settings
Click "Plan & Billing"
Select your desired plan
Plan Changes FAQ
When do changes take effect? Changes to your subscription are applied immediately. You will not experience any interruption to your service.
Does CoachRx auto-upgrade? Yes. As your client list grows, your plan automatically upgrades to accommodate the number of clients. However, there are no automatic downgrades. If you want to downgrade to a lower-tier plan, you must do so manually.
What happens to my balance when I change plans mid-subscription? When you make changes to your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, a credit is automatically applied to your future charges. The exact credit amount depends on when the change was made. For questions about your specific credit amount, contact coachrxsupport@opexfit.com.
Updating Your Payment Method
To update the payment method for your CoachRx subscription, visit the Billing section in your LearnRx Account Settings. If you have additional questions about payment methods, email support@opexfit.com.
What Happens If Payment Is Missed
Payment Timeline
If your CoachRx subscription payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, your subscription will be automatically canceled. Here's an example: If your payment is due on June 24th and you do not pay, your subscription will auto-cancel on July 1st.
What Gets Archived
When your subscription is auto-canceled due to unpaid payment, all of your clients are automatically archived in the system and you will lose access to the platform.
How to Avoid Auto-Cancellation
To avoid automatic cancellation:
Pay your invoice on time
Keep your payment method updated and valid
Resolve any payment issues as soon as possible
If you anticipate a problem with payment, contact coachrxsupport@opexfit.com at least 48 business hours before the due date
After Auto-Cancellation FAQ
Are my clients automatically restored when I pay? No. Clients are not automatically restored after archival. If your subscription is restored, you will need to manually unarchive each client.
Do I need to re-add client subscriptions? Yes. After your subscription is restored, you will need to manually re-add all client subscriptions. The auto-archival of clients is an automatic safeguard to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
Why are my clients archived? Client archival during auto-cancellation is an automatic safeguard to ensure that the platform is only used by active, paying subscribers. This protects both CoachRx and your clients' data.
