CoachRx offers a simple pricing model built around client count. Every plan includes full access to every feature on the platform. There is no feature gating - the only thing that changes between tiers is the number of clients you can manage. This article breaks down how our pricing works.

All Plans Include All Features

This is the most important thing to know about CoachRx pricing: every tier includes access to every feature. Whether you are on the smallest plan or the largest, you get the full platform:

  • Program Design - build and assign programs, use templates, conditioning library

  • Client Calendar - schedule workouts, drag and drop, copy and paste

  • Assessments - intake forms, movement screens, body composition tracking

  • Business Suite - storefronts, payment processing, contracts, waivers, disputes

  • Messaging - in-app messaging with clients

  • Reminders - scheduled push notifications to clients

  • RxBot - AI-powered program design assistant

  • Integrations - Whoop, Apple Health, and other connected services

  • Reporting - client progress tracking and analytics

  • Organization Management - multi-coach support with role-based permissions

You never need to upgrade to unlock a feature. Upgrades are triggered only by adding more clients.

Client-Based Tiers

CoachRx pricing tiers are determined by the number of active clients on your roster. As your client count grows, your plan adjusts accordingly. Each tier covers a range of client counts at a fixed monthly or annual price.

When you exceed your tier's client limit, you will be prompted to confirm the upgrade to the next tier. The price difference is prorated.

If your client count drops, you can downgrade directly from your billing settings. No need to contact support.

Monthly vs. Annual Billing

Each tier is available on monthly or annual billing:

  • Monthly: Pay each month at the standard tier rate.

  • Annual: Pay the full year upfront at a discounted rate. If you exceed your tier's client count during the year, excess charges apply for the remainder of the term.

To see which plan you are on, your active client count, and your next billing date:

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Navigate to the Subscription section

  3. Your plan details, client count, and billing information are displayed here

A: No. Every plan includes all features. There is no premium tier for specific features.
