Coupons & Discount Codes
Coupons let you offer a discount on your coaching packages and storefront products, whether for a launch promotion, a returning client, or a referral. This article covers creating codes, how they apply at checkout, and a few things to know.

Coupons are part of the Business Suite and require an Owner or Super Admin role to manage.
Creating a discount code
Go to the Business Suite in the CoachRx web app.
Open the coupons or discounts area.
Create a new code and set its value, either a percentage off or a fixed amount off.
Set any limits you want, such as how long the code is valid or how it applies to a subscription.
Save the code and share it with the clients you want to offer it to.
How clients use a code
When a client checks out for a product or package that accepts coupons, they enter the code at checkout and the discount is applied to their total before payment.
Things to know
A percentage discount on a subscription can apply on an ongoing basis depending on how you configure it, so double-check the terms before sharing a recurring code.
Keep your codes organized and retire old promotional codes so they cannot be reused after a promotion ends.
