Q: When I update my subscription will that take place at the time of renewal whether monthly or annually?
A: All subscription changes are applied effective immediately upon processing the subscription upgrade/downgrade.
Q: Does CoachRx automatically adjust client tiers according to the number of active clients?
A: All CoachRx accounts will automatically upgrade to the following pricing tier as your client list grows. However, CoachRx does not automatically downgrade accounts. The CoachRx organization/account holder will need to manually downgrade by visiting the Plan & Billing section.
Q: If I upgrade or downgrade mid a subscription what happens with the amount paid?
A: Whenever you update your subscription the amount of time you have unused will apply automatically as a credit. To understand how much of a credit you remaining, please contact us directly at coachrxsupport@opexfit.com.
Q:How are account credits dispensed for CoachRx subscriptions?
A: Credits are automatically applied to all future subscription charges.
