INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users can create and format an event description.
Use Cases: Use this field to promote the event, highlight key details, and encourage participation by showcasing its benefits.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Click EVENTS on the side menu.
Create a new event or edit an existing one.
Scroll down the page and click the Description tab.
Fill in the fields (see below).
Click Save Changes.
Description
Enter a text description of the event in the provided field. Optionally, use the formatting toolbar to enhance the content. For example, users can:
Insert a hyperlink β add a URL to any text element in the description.
Add an image β include a picture within the event description.
Change the font β select from one of the supported fonts in CourtReserve.
Adjust the font size β modify text size for emphasis or readability.
USER PERSPECTIVE
When a player clicks the Register button on the member portal, CourtReserve shows the description.
