Coworker allows you to connect your HRIS or IAM to build and manage your org chart. By connecting your HRIS or IAM, you will always maintain an accurate source of truth of who's who in your org and you can manage user provisioning with a single click.

Why is having an accurate org chart important?

Reduces Hallucinations - The org chart provides accurate titles, roles, managers, teams so Coworker has the most accurate entity relationship across the org:

  1. Powers the Identity Protocol

    1. OM2 uses an identity protocol that creates person meta-nodes by concatenating identities across Slack, Jira, GitHub and other sources.

    2. The org chart (or HRIS) is the source that guarantees a trusted primary identifier (email) for every person.

    3. Some sources like Jira and GitHub don't always provide emails, so the org chart/HRIS becomes the anchor for reliable person matching in your OM2 context graph.

  2. Improves Data Retrieval and Relevance

    1. By knowing "who's who," the system can better match people referenced in documents or conversations.

    2. Not only is this important for your Coworker users, but it also helps Coworker understand who everyone else is. Coworker know a lot more about those users that have connected their data sources to Coworker but less about those that haven't, so this also helps build the full picture of who's who.
