To reduce the number of permission steps fans must complete, navigate to the Light Show's Global Settings in the CUE admin platform. There you'll find the Sync Mode option. If your venue doesn't require audio triggers and you're using Global Sync, switch the setting to Global Sync. This will disable the microphone permission requirement while still requiring camera permissions. You can also customize the sync permission screen by uploading a custom image and adding text to the sync permissions and screen message fields to guide fans through the streamlined process.
