Within Curate we offer the ability to build out a number of different things in advance to make the event creation process happen faster! One of those key areas is templates. Below is a list of templates that you can setup today in the system! Each option will have a clickable link to instructions on how to set them up!

Entire Event - We're still working on the details of creating a native template for an entire event. If you're looking for a way to do this, we currently recommend to create an event and name it Template for now so you may duplicate from the event in place of creating a new event from scratch. Here's where you can find out how to duplicate a current event.

Contracts - Having at least one template in place for contracts will make the process go by faster by not having to type out or copy and paste from other documents every time you create a new event!

Event Details - This will allow you to setup various themes for your event details such as basing the event off of locations (banquet hall, church event, etc...) or themes (wedding events vs birthday parties). You can also select a default option if you have more than one!

Orders - If you have reoccurring event types such as wedding banquets or specific flower orders such as a prom corsage, we're setup so that you only have to build out those products and recipes one time!

Payments - Do you have a standard payment process for all of your customers? You can also build out your payment schedule in advance so it will be selectable in a matter of a couple of clicks of the mouse!
