Within Curate we offer the ability to build out a number of different things in advance to make the project creation process happen faster! One of those key areas is templates. Below is a list of templates that you can setup today in the system!
Each option will have a clickable link to instructions on how to set them up!
Entire Project
To create a template for an entire project, start by creating a new project and naming it something like “[Template] Project”. You can then duplicate this project whenever you need a starting point for a new project instead of creating one from scratch.

Having at least one template in place for contracts will make the process go by faster by not having to type out or copy and paste from other documents every time you create a new project!
This will allow you to setup various themes for your project details such as basing the project off of locations (banquet hall, church event, etc...) or themes (wedding projects vs birthday parties). You can also select a default option if you have more than one!
If you have reoccurring project types such as wedding banquets or specific flower orders such as a prom corsage, we're setup so that you only have to build out those products and recipes one time!
Do you have a standard payment process for all of your customers? You can also build out your payment schedule in advance so it will be selectable in a matter of a couple of clicks of the mouse!
Email
Create reusable emails for proposals, follow-ups, and notifications. Supports rich text and personalization tokens for client name, project date, etc. Templates can be used manually or in automation workflows.
