Submit feedback or a request
The best way to share feedback or a request is to chat with your Customer Success Manager, reach out through the in-app support chat in Cuttable, or email support@cuttable.com.
Use this whenever something feels confusing, missing, or not working as expected. It helps us track your request and follow up when it is resolved.
If you have already described the issue or idea in a conversation with our team, including a conversation in the in-app support chat, you do not need to send it again by email or start a new chat. Ask for it to be logged in that same conversation, and the support team will pass it to the product team along with any links, screenshots or recordings you shared.
How to request a new feature
When submitting a feature request, include three simple points:
What you want to do
Describe the task or action you are trying to complete.
Why you need it
Share the reason or frustration behind the request.
An example
Give a real situation where this feature would help.
This context helps us understand your workflow and build the right solution.
How to give feedback on ads
You can review any ad directly in Cuttable.
Select thumbs up or thumbs down on an ad.
Choose what your feedback relates to, such as copy or image selection.
Add any optional notes if you want to share more detail.
This will help you get more of the ads you like and less of the ads you dislike. Humans are always reading this feedback.
Tips for helpful feedback
Short details go a long way. If something surprised you, did not work as expected, or felt confusing, please mention it. Screenshots or recordings are always welcome if they make it easier.
