What you can share
You can share a design idea or example with Cuttable to communicate what you are looking for. Use it to point out what is missing from your current range, a style or design you would like to see, or an existing design you want to use as the starting point. You can describe the idea in words, attach a reference file, or do both. Sharing this helps the Cuttable team understand your intent beyond a written description alone.
How to share an idea or example
To share a design idea or example, follow these steps on the Ad Design page:
Go to the Ad Design page in Cuttable.
Select the "Can't find a design?" button in the top right of the screen.
In the "What's missing?" window, describe what you are looking for in the "Describe what you're looking for" field.
Under "Add a reference", drag your file into the upload area or select "browse" to choose a file from your device. Adding a reference is optional, so you can share a description, a reference, or both.
Select "Send feedback" to submit.
Describing your idea helps the Cuttable team understand whether it represents a gap in your range, a design direction you want to explore, or a specific design you want to use.

Cuttable accepts image, video, and PDF files as references. PDF files can be up to 25 MB.

What happens after you share
After you submit a design idea or example, our ad design team reads through it. What you share tells us the kinds of designs you want more of, and it goes straight to the people deciding which new designs to create next. The more you tell us, the closer the designs we make will be to what you are looking for. We look at everything that comes in, though we are not able to reply to each one individually or promise a specific design.

Can I share more than one idea or example?

Do I have to attach a file?
No. Attaching a file is optional. You can share a written description, a reference file, or both.
Does sharing an idea guarantee Cuttable will create that design?
No. Sharing an idea or example does not guarantee that we will create the design. What you share helps our ad design team decide which new designs to create next.
Will I hear back about something I shared?
