Minimum Activity Policy

How many trading days you need to keep an account active, how the rolling 30-day window works and what happens if you miss it.

To keep an account active, you need a minimum number of trading days that meet the minimum daily profit for your account size in every rolling 30-day window.

What you need

Billing

Requirement

Monthly

At least 1 trading day meeting the minimum daily profit in every rolling 30-day window

Lifetime (one-time, including bulk purchases)

At least 4 trading days meeting the minimum daily profit in every rolling 30-day window

  • The window starts on the purchase date for every account, including accounts bought in bulk.

  • Days don't need to be consecutive.

  • Consistency isn't required. A day counts if it meets the minimum daily profit, even if it isn't a Qualifying Day.

  • The check runs every day on the most recent 30 days, so keep trading regularly rather than completing the days once.

Example

Lifetime account bought January 1: you meet the minimum daily profit on January 3, 8, 15 and 22. At the first review on January 30, the account is active. On February 3, the window is January 4 to February 3 and January 3 drops out. Unless you've had another qualifying trading day by then, only 3 remain and the account becomes Inactive.

If you miss the requirement

The account is marked Inactive and closed. Inactive accounts can't be reactivated, and a Monthly account stops rebilling. You'll need to buy a new account to continue.

You can track your trading days on your Dashboard.
