Dashboard Stats and Account Chart

What each Dashboard column and account state means, and when stats update (5:00–6:00 PM ET on trading days).

The account chart on your Dashboard shows each account's latest stats. It isn't live: it updates once a day on trading days.

When it updates

  • Daily reports load between 5:00 and 6:00 PM ET on trading days.

  • Charts and the pass email can take until midnight ET to show them.

  • Nothing loads on holidays (the CME sets the schedule; see Trading Hours, Holidays and Overnight Positions). The Dashboard catches up after the market closes on the next trading day.
