To sign up with DayTraders, you need to meet a few requirements.
Age
You must be 18 or older to buy an evaluation or hold a Pro Account.
Individuals, not businesses
Register under your own legal first and last name, not an LLC, corporation or business name.
Your accounts and Pro Account Agreement stay tied to you as an individual. U.S. traders provide a Social Security number; others provide a passport or other government ID number.
To be paid as a business, set up your payout profile as a business in Plane (business name, address, EIN, bank account). No EIN is needed to sign up.
Don't create a second DayTraders account for your business. Only one DayTraders login is allowed per household.
Non-professional status
Our simulated programs, including S2L, are for non-professional traders only: people who hold Series licenses or are registered with the SEC, NFA or another regulator can't take part.
Restricted countries
DayTraders is available in over 100 countries, but some countries aren't eligible for new services or additional accounts because of:
Sanctions or embargoes.
Platform or broker restrictions that prevent live trading services.
Fraud risk, such as credit card fraud or identity theft.
Language or support challenges that affect our ability to offer top-tier service.
If you are a citizen of an OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) or restricted country, we can't provide services to you, wherever you are located.
All transactions attempted while in a restricted country will be blocked. Attempts to circumvent this may result in account closure and suspension of our services. Contact support if you have any questions.

Traveling to a restricted country
You can keep trading any existing accounts opened before you arrived. While you're physically in a restricted country, you can't buy new accounts, add accounts or activate new services. Full access returns once you're back in an eligible country.
We're always working to expand access and hope to add more countries in the future.
