Paying for Your Order

Accepted payment methods, the DT Wallet, coupon codes and promotions, and how to fix a declined payment.

You can pay with a card in your own name or with your DT Wallet balance, and add one coupon code per order.

Accepted payment methods

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit or debit cards in your own name.

  • DT Wallet, for one-time purchases of evaluations, S2F and S2L, including bulk orders. The wallet must cover the full order, and it can't pay for Monthly plans, add-ons or Pro Account activation.

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay are coming soon.

Coupon codes

  • One code per order.

  • Codes work on evaluations, S2F and S2L, but not on Pro Account activation.

  • On Monthly plans, the discount applies to every month thereafter.

  • Not sure which code to use? Enter DT at checkout: it applies the best promotion running at the time.

  • You need to enter a code at checkout to receive bulk purchase discounts.

  • If you arrive through an affiliate link with a code in the URL (e.g. ...?c=CBUTXBPY), the code is applied at checkout for you.

  • Discounts can't be applied after purchase, so a missed sale can't be added retroactively.

We don't pre-announce sales. To hear about them first, sign up for email updates on daytraders.com or follow us on Discord and Instagram.

Payment declined?

  • Check the card number, zip code and CVV (the 3-digit code on the back, or the 4-digit code on the front of an American Express card).

  • Turn off any VPN: a VPN at checkout may cause the payment to be blocked. Safari's built-in privacy features can look like a VPN, so try another browser such as Chrome.

  • Make sure the card is in your own name.

  • Still declined? Ask your bank about restrictions on your card, try another card, or contact support.
