Step 1. Open the Bola App->Options->App Info->Delete License Key (Notate License before deleting if needing to reinstall Bola)
Step 2. Type in "Settings" on your windows machine and click on the Settings app
Step 3. Click on "Apps"
Step 4. Select "Apps & Features"
Step 5. Scroll down until you see "Bola Dental Desktop" and click "Uninstall"
