If you need to see a report of Check-Ins and Check-Outs in Enrollsy, follow these steps:
Step 1 - Reports Page
Go over to the Reports pages and click on Activities:
Step 2 - Choose Enrollment Period
Be sure that the Enrollment Period is the current one (or the one you want to see):
Step 3 - Filter
You can then click Filter to enter the following:
Timeline (Enrollee, Instructor, or Class)
Activity (Check Out, Absent/Present, Diaper, etc.)
Start & End Dates
Posted by (Admin, Primary Account Holder, Instructor)
Program Name
Class Name
Optional option to show Activities without a Class
Step 4 - Export or Print
Be sure to hit Apply to see your report. You can then export the report into Excel or print it (as a PDF or to a printer).
