If you need to prevent enrollment into Programs and Waitlists at full capacity and allow real-time reservation in the Enroll Form, you can do this with a check of a box! Here's how:
Head to My Company > Enroll Form settings
Check the box next to "Enforce enrollment capacities"
This setting also allows for real-time reservation in the Enroll Form to prevent over-enrollment into your Programs. See this support article to learn how real-time reservation works.
Important Notes About Enforcing Enrollment Capacities
High-Demand Enrollments
If you have high-demand enrollment (meaning you have a lot of people enrolling at the same time), we suggest reserving one to three fewer spots than your actual capacity during the initial enrollment period. This will allow for the accommodation of Enrollees who enrolled during peak demand.
The reason for the workaround is that our system is currently experiencing a bug that impacts high-demand enrollments. The complexity of this issue requires a more extensive solution than can be prioritized at this time. However, a comprehensive overhaul of the Enroll Form is planned.
Selection Became Full Message
If there are few spots available, customers may see the following message if other customers are holding those spots. Customers can either keep trying, or an admin user can enroll the customer manually.
