Find out what an Enrollment Period is and build your own

Many choose to create Enrollment Periods based on the start and end dates for your Programs or Classes.

Determine how many Enrollment Periods you will want to create. You can create as many as you would like; just remember that programs created in one Enrollment Period will not be visible in any other Enrollment Periods.

Here's How:

Select the rocket ship icon on the top right side of the screen. From there, select "My Company." A banner of tabs will appear at the top of the screen—select Programs. You'll see the Enrollment Period drop down on to the top left of the screen.

Select the current Enrollment Period to show the window that holds all your Enrollment Periods.

Select the + sign and label the new Enrollment Period.

Select the gear widget on the right-hand side of the Enrollment Period. From here, you can:

  • Archive periods that are no longer needed.

  • Duplicate the Enrollment Period to move the shell of the old Enrollment Period to a fresh Enrollment Period.

  • Most importantly, publish your Enrollment Period by selecting the eye icon. This makes the Enrollment Period visible so customers can enroll in your Programs and Classes.
