You can import your Program Options if you have a CSV document. Follow these steps to import Program Options:
Step 1 - Prepare CSV
The first thing you need to do is prepare the CSV document. Be sure that the FIRST column in your CSV includes the options you want to import. This will NOT include the Program Option Label, such as "Program Name," only the labels you want underneath that label (i.e., your specific Program Names).
Step 2 - Access Program Options
Open the Programs tab in the My Company settings. Click on "Manage Program Options" to open up the Program Options settings.
Step 3 - Upload Program Option CSV
Next, click the Upload icon (the first one) beside the Program Option label to upload the CSV.
Step 4 - Refresh the Page
Refresh the page to pull in the export.
