Steps to troubleshoot an Enrollee not showing up to be checked in

If you have an Enrollee who is not showing up on the Instructor portal to be checked in, it may mean that the Enrollee was not checked out. To see if this is the case, follow these steps:

  1. In the Admin portal, go to the Classes page

  2. Click on the Enrollee's timeline under the Class they are enrolled in

  3. If any check-ins DO NOT have a check-out, you will see a red triangle icon like this:

  4. For EACH instance listed, click on the edit pencil and then click "Create Check Out Activity"

  5. You will then see "Connected Activities." If you click on "View" it will show you the Check-Out Activity that is connected to the Check-In Activity.

  6. Select the "Save" button to save the changes.
