How to Activate an Archived Enrollment

Archived Programs and Enrollment Period cause Enrollments in those Program to also be Archived. Here's how to unarchive them.

If you have an archived or deactivated enrollment that will not re-activate, that usually means that either the Enrollment Period or the Program has been archived. You will have to unarchive one or the other to re-activate the enrollment.

How to Unarchive Programs

To unarchive a Program, click on the three dots beside the archived Program, then select "Unarchive" and then "Yes." The Program will be unarchived and return to the Current tab.

To unarchive multiple Programs, select the Programs and then click the bulk unarchive icon at the top right.

NOTE: When you UNarchive a Program, all the following will happen

  • The Program will be viewable on the Enroll Form (unless the enrollment ends on date is in the past or it is a private Program).

  • Customers and/or Instructors will have access to the Program again in the Customer Portal and the Instructor Portal.

  • Classes within the Program will be accessible on the Classes page.

  • Any future Class reminders for enrollments in this Program will return.

  • Any future Invoices and Payment Events scheduled for this Program will be posted.

How to Unarchive an Enrollment Period

When you unarchive an Enrollment Period, the following will happen:

  • The Enrollment Period (if published) will appear again on the Enroll Form.

  • The Enrollment Period will be viewable on the Customer Portal.

  • The Enrollment Period will be viewable on the Instructor Portal.

  • Any future Class reminders for enrollments in this Enrollment Period will be sent.

  • Any future invoice and payment events scheduled for this Enrollment Period will be posted.

Here are the steps to unarchive an Enrollment Period

  1. Go to the Classes Tab/Classes and click on the down arrow beside the Enrollment Periods.

  2. Click on the "Archived" Tab at the top.

  3. Click the cogwheel of the Enrollment Period you wish to unarchive. A new menu will appear.

  4. Select the unbox icon (when you hover over it with your mouse, you will see a message, “Unarchive this Enrollment Period”). Once you click the unbox icon, the Enrollment Period will be moved to the Archived section.


Once the Program or Enrollment Period is unarchived, the enrollment will become current again and can be activated or deactivated by clicking the deactivate switch on the Enrollee's page.
