Examply connects to the tools your team already uses, so work doesn't have to start and end inside Examply. This article lists every native integration, what it does, and which plan you need to turn it on.
Most teams start with one or two integrations that match how they already communicate and ship work: a Slack channel for notifications, GitHub for engineering teams, or Google Calendar so due dates show up where people already look. You don't need to connect everything at once, and connecting an integration in one project doesn't affect any other project.
All integrations live under Workspace settings → Integrations. Only Owners and Admins can connect or disconnect an integration; Members can use one once it's connected. Guests never see the Integrations tab, even on projects they're invited to.
Note: Integrations require a Starter plan or higher. On the Free plan, the Integrations tab is visible but locked.

Connecting an integration
Go to Workspace settings → Integrations.
Select the integration you want to connect.
Follow the prompts to authorize Examply. Most integrations use OAuth, so you'll be redirected to the other app to approve access.
Choose which teams or projects the integration applies to.
Some integrations, like Slack and GitHub, are connected per project so each project can point at a different channel or repository. Others, like Google Calendar, are connected per person, since each teammate has their own calendar. Figma and webhooks sit at the workspace level.
Disconnecting an integration doesn't delete any tasks or data it already created. It just stops new updates from syncing. Reconnecting later picks up from where you left off rather than replaying old history.

Troubleshooting
If an integration stops syncing, check whether the connection has expired. Slack, GitHub, and Google Calendar tokens can be revoked from the other app's side without Examply knowing right away. Reconnecting from Workspace settings → Integrations usually fixes it. If the problem continues, contact support@examply.com.
