How to get support

📖 Help center Need assistance? Just click the question mark icon in your menu to explore helpful articles and videos about all things Famly.

💬 Chat Drop us a message in the app chat, and we’ll get back to you ASAP! You’ll find the chat in the same place as the Help Center.

Get your staff on board

Inviting your staff to Famly early on is a breeze! By creating unique roles, you can take full control over what each person can do.

🧑‍🎓 We know onboarding new software can be time-consuming. That’s why we’ve crafted a comprehensive Training Academy to lighten your load and support your practitioners.

Parent perspective

Once you're set up, invite parents to Famly to boost collaboration and lighten your workload! Parents can fill out details about their children, add payment methods, or update contact information.

We’ll dive deeper into this in Step 4.

Curious how Famly works for parents?

Simply add yourself as a test child’s parent. Then click on your profile photo and select ‘Switch to Parent Profile’ to see how parents will navigate your nursery.

It's great for knowing what the app looks like from a parent's perspective, so you can answer any initial questions that arise once they start exploring Famly for themselves. Check out this video for a look at the parent experience!
