Sending surveys using WhatsApp is an easy and quick way to collect feedback from your contacts. Follow these short steps to start sending WhatsApp surveys:

  1. After you have created your survey the next step is to publish it to a link.

  2. To find your link go to the Touchpoints tab from the left hand side management panel, then choose Links/QR-codes.

    3. In this view you can find the touchpoint (link) you published the survey to, along with information about the survey and also the actual link that you can send to the recipients of your WhatsApp survey. By clicking on the name of the touchpoint you will get to view more in depth details about the touchpoint.

4. Create the content for your WhatsApp message, and add the link that directs to the survey. The content (depending on the survey and questions used) could be something like this:

"Hi, please take a minute to answer our short weekly survey on how your week was ☺️ You will access the survey through the following link: https://fbly.io/l/8zbl84"

As you can see in the example above, you can just copy and paste the link (URL) for the survey that you get from the touchpoint information to the message content.

5. Copy and paste the message content that contains the link to WhatsApp, and then send the message to your contacts so that you can start collecting valuable feedback.
