FOR EXPERIENCE MAKERS: A Step-by-Step Tutorial

Updated over a week ago

IF YOU HAVE INCORRECT SCHEDULES THAT ARE WIDESPREAD AND DON’T FOLLOW ANY PATTERN:

  1. Go to Booking Calendar > Select the Experience.

  2. Click the three dots next to the Experience which has calendar issues.

  3. If there are no existing bookings, choose to delete all schedules for that Experience to set it up again cleanly.

  4. You will need to select a “time window” for which you will delete all schedules. If your current schedules have got messed up, and you don’t have any bookings, select a time window that extends to cover all dates that you have set a schedule for. Use the calendar to navigate across months.

IF YOU WANT TO DELETE AN INCORRECT SCHEDULE THAT STARTS AT A PARTICULAR TIME SLOT:

  1. Go to Booking Calendar > Select the Experience.

  2. Go to Filters > Select a Time Period > Hit “Apply”

  3. Select one of the entries of the time slot you want to delete. Click the three dots to access drop-down menu.

  4. Select “Delete Time Slot” > Select the time window > Select “Delete”

IF YOU WANT TO DELETE DUPLICATE DAILY ENTRIES WITH SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TIME SLOTS

Case Study: I have duplicate daily entries for an experience from May 1 to Mar 31, one starts at 7 AM and the other at 8 AM. How do I manage these entries such that I keep the 7 AM slot from May 1-Sep 30 and the 8 AM slot from Oct 1-Mar 31?
Answer:

  1. Go to your Booking Calendar and select the Experience > Go down to the "Filters" section.

  2. Select May 1-May 31 on the calendar by clicking the start date and then the end date. [Note: If the period spans multiple months, use the arrows next to the month to navigate.]

  3. Hit "Apply" to display all current entries for that experience on the right side of the screen.

  4. Identify one of the entries that starts at 8 AM. Click on the three dots next to this entry and choose 'Delete Time Slot.' Specify the period to be deleted (May 1-Sep 30). Click “Delete”.

  5. Next, one of the entries that starts at 7 AM. Again, click the three dots next to this entry and choose Delete Time Slot’. Specify the period to be deleted (Oct 1-Mar 31). Click “Delete”.

  6. This process will ensure you retain only the desired 7 AM entries from May 1-Sep 30 and 8 AM entries from Oct 1-Mar 31.
