Did your device update its iOS version?
If the iOS version is updated, such as going from 11.1 to 11.2 and you're suddenly experiencing problems, uninstall Fieldwork and reinstall it from the App Store, search for Fieldwork Mobile. (Remember your email log in and password.)
Note If it's a full update, such as going from 10.3.2 to 11.0, do not update your iPhone or iPad until you receive the go ahead from us. The new version will possibly break our mobile app as Apple does not share ahead of time the changes that have been made in how our software interacts with the new iOS. If you're using a mobile PDF reader for your forms, that may also be broken.
Please wait until you receive the go ahead from us.
Calendar issues
Are you looking at today?
If you are in the calendar, and there are no appointments for today, tap your finger and drag it down (release your finger) to refresh. Are the appointments there?
