iOS: Unable to Pair Device via Bluetooth

Having trouble connecting to the device? If the app detects your device but fails to connect, this article is for you.

If the app finds your device but fails to connect to it with this error, you're most likely experiencing Bluetooth Pairing Issues.

What to do?

First: Reset the Fieldy device

Be careful, this will erase your Offline Storage.
Hold the Fieldy button for 10 seconds until 4 different colors blink.

Then: Forget the Fieldy device in your Phone's Bluetooth settings

This section is only for people using iPhones.

  1. Go to your Phone settings -> Bluetooth.

  2. In the list of devices, find Fieldy.

  3. Press on Info (i) icon

  4. Press on "Forget This Device"

Finally: Connect and Pair

Now try to connect the device again. You should be prompted with a new Pairing request. Press "Pair".
