If the app is unable to find or pair to your Fieldy
Make sure you're on the latest version of the iOS app.
As a reminder, pair your Fieldy through the iOS app, not via your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
Toggle iOS Bluetooth off and back on (from your phone's Settings > Bluetooth)
Force quit the app (open the App Switcher and swipe up on the app to quit)
If already attempted to pair, tap on "Forget this Device "from the Fieldy Device page (Fieldy app -> Device Settings (top-right corner)).
If there is no device paired on Fieldy app - From your Bluetooth settings, press the blue i icon and "Forget this device".
If you haven't paired Fieldy before, restart your iPhone.
You should be able to pair again!
If you're not seeing the Blue LED on your Fieldy, factory reset using the following instructions.
A single click followed by an immediate 10 second long press will factory reset. This should be used as a last resort, as Fieldy will wipe Bluetooth pairing information with your phone. This means to connect to it again, you will have to forget Fieldy from your device's bluetooth settings.
