You can update most of your details yourself. In the app, go to Profile, then "Edit my profile", then "Personal details".
From there, you can change your phone number, your address, your bank details and your photo.
A few things are worth knowing.
Your phone number should be 10 digits. The +1 is optional, and you can use dashes or spaces if you like.
Your address matters more than you might think. We use it to work out which shifts are near enough to show you. If you move, update it, or you may stop seeing work that's now on your doorstep, and keep seeing work that isn't.
Your email address is the one thing you can't change yourself. Email us at hello.ca@florenceapp.com, and we'll do it for you.
If you change your name, get in touch. We'll need to see a document showing the new name so your records and your ID stay correct.
