Florence pays weekly, every Tuesday.
What decides whether a shift is in this week's pay period is your timesheet. Once the care home has approved your timesheet, that shift is ready to be paid and goes into the next Tuesday run. If your timesheet is still pending approval when we process payment, the shift will roll into the following week.
This is why it's worth submitting your timesheet promptly. A shift you worked on Monday can be paid the very next day if the timesheet is done and approved in time. The same shift can wait another week if the timesheet sits there.
Two things have to be in place before any payment can reach you: your bank details saved in the app, and the timesheet approved. If either is missing, the shift waits. Payments are sent electronically to your bank account. Depending on your bank, it can take a short time to appear after we've sent it.
