To work with Florence, you’ll need to give us at least two references to prove your clinical experience.
One or more references from a clinical background covering at least six months (one year for nurses).
We can accept ONE reference from a non-healthcare employer.
Your references must also be verified through your work history.
We accept: -
References from any previous healthcare employer (from their professional email domain)
A supervisory nurse who has overseen your clinical practice (including their CNO number)
Unfortunately, if your references don’t verify your care experience, then we won’t be able to continue with your application.
