Understanding User Statuses in Gable Dashboards and Reporting

Definitions and Criteria for User Statuses in the Gable Platform

Within Gable’s Dashboards and Reporting features, you’ll encounter various user statuses. Each status represents a different stage in a user's journey within the Gable platform. Below are the definitions for each status:


Active

Users who have completed onboarding and have booked through Gable within the last 6 months.


Inactive

Users who have completed onboarding but have not made a booking in the past 6 months.


Partially Onboarded

Users who began the onboarding process but did not complete it. These users will typically need to "verify their email" in order to proceed.


Onboarded

Users who have successfully completed the onboarding process.


Deleted

Users who were removed by a company Admin or via HRIS integration.


Not Invited

Users listed in the company directory who:

  • Have not started onboarding, and

  • Have not been invited through the Gable platform.


Invited

Directory users who:

  • Have not started onboarding, but

  • Have been invited by an Admin via one of the following methods:

    • Company UsersCompany Directory Users TableInvite button

    • Company SettingsInvite teammates

When invited, users receive an email prompting them to join Gable.
