πŸ“Š Why User Status Matters

User statuses help Admins track adoption, engagement, and onboarding progress across their organization. You’ll see these statuses in various dashboards and reporting views within Gable.


πŸ” Status Definitions

βœ… Active

Users who have completed onboarding and have made a booking within the last 6 months.

πŸ’€ Inactive

Users who have completed onboarding but have not booked in the past 6 months.

⏳ Partially Onboarded

Users who started onboarding but did not complete it.
Most commonly, they still need to verify their email to finish setup.

🎯 Onboarded

Users who have successfully completed the onboarding process but may or may not have booked yet.

❌ Deleted

Users who were removed from the company by:

  • A Company Admin, or

  • An HRIS integration

πŸ“„ Not Invited

Users in your company directory who:

  • Have not started onboarding, and

  • Have not received an invite from Gable

βœ‰οΈ Invited

Directory users who:

  • Have not started onboarding, but

  • Have been invited via one of the following:

    • Company Users β†’ Company Directory Users Table β†’ Invite

    • Company Settings β†’ Invite Teammates

These users receive an email prompting them to join Gable.
