Manage, track, and report on all your company events in one place.

πŸ”Ž Accessing the Company Events Page

  1. From your profile dropdown, click Company Admin.

  2. Select Company Events.

By default, the page displays the next 30 days of events.


πŸ“Š Event Reports (Top Summary)

At the top of the page, you’ll see quick insights including:

  • Events Created β†’ Total number of events created in the selected period.

  • Upcoming Events β†’ Count of scheduled events.

  • Average Attendance β†’ Average attendance across events.


πŸ—‚ Event Tabs

Switch between views using the tabs at the top:

  • All β†’ Every event across your company.

  • Draft Events β†’ Events created but not published.

  • Upcoming Events β†’ Scheduled events that haven’t started yet.

  • Ongoing Events β†’ Events currently in progress.

  • Completed Events β†’ Events that have already finished.

  • Canceled Events β†’ Events that were canceled.


πŸ“‹ Event Details

For each event, you’ll see:

  • Event Name

  • Status (Draft, Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, or Canceled)

  • Date & Time

  • Event Location

  • Event Tags (e.g., Private, Webinar, Recognition)

  • Attendance β†’ Confirmed guests vs. total invited

  • Created By β†’ The organizer who set up the event

πŸ‘‰ Hover over an event and click the three dots menu to:

  • View the event landing page

  • Edit the event

  • See RSVPs

  • Cancel the event


βš™οΈ Additional Actions

  • Export to CSV β†’ Download event data for reporting.

  • Edit Columns β†’ Customize which event details you see.

  • Create a New Event β†’ Use the button at the top to schedule a new event.
