Company Events

Manage, track, and report on all your company events in one place.

🔎 Accessing the Company Events Page

  1. From your profile dropdown, click Company admin.

By default, the page displays the next 30 days of events.


📊 Event Reports (Top Summary)

At the top of the page, you’ll see quick insights including:

  • Events created → The total number of events created in the selected period.

  • Upcoming events → A count of scheduled events.

  • Average attendance → A percentage of average attendance across events.


🗂 Event Tabs

Switch between views using the tabs at the top:

  • All → Every event across your company.

  • Draft Events → Events created but not published.

  • Upcoming Events → Scheduled events that haven’t started yet.

  • Ongoing Events → Events currently in progress.

  • Completed Events → Events that have already finished.

  • Cancelled Events → Events that were cancelled.


📋 Event Details

For each event, you’ll see:

  • Event Name

  • Status (Draft, Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed, or Canceled)

  • Date & Time

  • Event Location

  • Event Tags (e.g., Private, Webinar, Recognition)

  • Attendance → Confirmed guests vs. total invited

  • Created By → The organizer who set up the event

👉 Hover over an event and click the three dots menu to:

  • View the event landing page

  • Edit the event

  • See RSVPs

  • Cancel the event


⚙️ Additional Actions

  • Export to CSV → Download event data for reporting.

  • Edit Columns → Customize which event details you see.

  • Create a New Event → Use the button at the top to schedule a new event.
