What AI model powers GableAI? GableAI uses Google Gemini models via the Gemini API. Gable does not develop or host its own AI models.
Can GableAI take actions like booking a room or changing settings? No. GableAI is strictly read-only and advisory. It provides insights and answers but cannot execute any actions on your behalf.
What kind of data does GableAI access? Workspace booking records, office configurations, and workforce directory information — all scoped to your organization. It only retrieves data the requesting user is authorized to view.
How accurate are GableAI's responses? Accuracy depends on the query and available data. All outputs are validated against predefined schemas, and when a response is based on partial data, GableAI flags that transparently.
🔒 Data & Privacy
Will my company's data be used to train AI models? No. No customer data is used for training or fine-tuning — not by Gable and not by Google. This is contractually guaranteed through Gable's enterprise API agreement.
How long is my data stored after a query? GableAI does not store customer data as part of the AI feature. It works with existing data already in Gable's databases. Only anonymized telemetry is retained for operational monitoring.
Does Gable have a data processing agreement with Google? Yes. Gable has a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Google that prohibits the use of customer data for model training or improvement.
What happens to my data if I stop using Gable? Access to the platform and AI features ceases upon termination. No additional fees apply. Since no models are trained on your data, there is nothing to "untrain." Retention after contract end is governed by Gable's Data Processing Agreement.

How is my data protected? Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every request is authenticated against role-based permissions, and all queries are scoped to your organization. Input validation and prompt security controls guard against injection attacks.
Can GableAI be disabled? Yes. The AI feature can be turned off at the organization level by Gable at any time.
Who maintains and monitors GableAI? Gable is the sole provider and operator. Gable handles all maintenance, updates, and monitoring, and owns all IP rights for the system.
