Please note that only the account owner can reset a password for a team member.
To reset password for a team member, follow the below steps:
Go to the Manage Team Access page in your account
Click on the "more" menu next to the team member you want to reset password for
Click Reset Password from the menu
Reseting password for a team member will immediately log the team member out of their account and lock their account until they successfully reset their password. You will get an email notification when the team member reset their password.
