Device limitation in meez
When you signup for an account, you are set with a limit of how many devices you can link your meez account to. Every time you login to your account from a new device - that device becomes linked to your account and is counted towards your limit. When you logout of your account - you remove the link.
The device limitation is global. If your plan comes with 5 devices, that means that you and your team members will be able to use meez on up to 5 devices total across all of your locations.
Device limit per subscription plan
The below table shows how many devices each subscription currently includes:
Subscription | Devices included |
Free | 2 devices |
Starter | 2 devices |
Starter plus | 5 devices |

What happens if you reach your device limit?
To reduce the chances of anyone from your team not being able to login, we recommend removing old/unused devices from your account on an ongoing basis. See how to do that here.
If you reach your device limit, you and your team members will not be able to login to the account from new devices until another device is removed.
If you or your team members try to login to the account from a new device, a "device limit reached" page will display. From this page you or your team members will be able to logout another device in order to be able to login.
Note that when you or your team members logout a device - anyone using that device will be forced logged out. There is no limitation on who can logout which device, all of your devices across all of your locations will display on this page.
Is there a way to increase the number of active devices for our plan?
Yes, we do offer several device packages that you can add to your subscription. For information contact our Sales Team.
