Changing or resetting account password

Follow these instructions to reset the password on your account.

If you forget your password or need to change it for any reason, you can use this link or click "Reset password" on the login page.

After you click the "Reset password" link, you will need to enter your email address (the one use use to log into your meez account). Note: The 'Forgot Password' option will not work for team members who have not completed the sign-up process. New users must first follow the sign-up link in their invitation email to create their meez account.

If your email address is in our system, you will receive an email with password reset instructions. You should get the email within 5 minutes. Click the button in the email to reset your password.

If you don't get the email, please double check that you entered the email address you used to set up your meez account. Also, don't forget to check your spam folder. If the email is still not found, you can request a resend of the password reset email. Additionally, team administrators can assist by resending the invitation email if necessary.

Passwords must fit the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long

  • Contains one uppercase letter (A-Z)

  • Contains one lowercase letter (a-z)

  • Includes a number (0-9) or special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*)
