Recipe cost tab is available to:
Plans: Starter and Scale
Team Members: Account Owner, Editors, and Managers
Go to 'Editing' mode in your recipe
Go to the Unit of Measure Tab
If Standard Unit of Measure is toggled on, then toggle it off
Define the weight or volume equivalency of your portion
Now you can convert to portions
