What are carousels?
Carousels are a new message format on WhatsApp that allows you to display multiple scrollable cards, each with an image, title, description, and action buttons.
Why should I implement it for my customers?
This layout is useful for :

What is the carousel pricing?
In templates : the carousel is considered as a marketing message, it's not free. See more here.
In replies : the carousel is free since it's a reply that you send after a client messages you.
How do you set it up?
The carousel can be add to a template and reply node.
What are the differences between using a carousel in a template versus in a reply node?
The usage is the same, except for the carousel buttons in reply nodes. Only adding a URL is supported.
