Before you start: the prerequisite
To duplicate WhatsApp content as RCS, the RCS channel must be activated for your organization and your RCS agent approved ✅
👉 If that's not the case yet, go to the RCS/SMS tab to activate it before you continue.
How to duplicate WhatsApp content as RCS
You have several options, depending on what you want to convert.
1. Duplicate a single node
In the Flow Builder:
Open the menu of a template or reply node
Select Duplicate as RCS
➡️ A new RCS node is created right next to your original WhatsApp node. Both coexist, so you can easily compare and adjust.
2. Duplicate an entire flow
When you duplicate a whole flow:
In the list of all your automations or campaigns, click the three dots at the end of the row of the campaign to duplicate
Choose Duplicate as RCS
➡️ All your template and reply nodes are automatically converted to RCS.
⚠️ Watch out for elements that aren't transferred: some elements have no RCS equivalent and are automatically removed during the conversion:

💡 Check the result after duplicating to spot what needs to be recreated or adapted manually.
3. Add RCS fallbacks to an existing flow
If you already have a WhatsApp flow in place and just want to add an RCS fallback, without duplicating the whole flow:
Use the Add RCS fallbacks option directly on the flow
