The Report Center contains all the reports available in Golf Genius - Golf Shop (as shown below).
The reports are organized into the following categories:
Favorites
You can preview every report by clicking the magnifying glass (as shown below).
The following actions are available when hovering your mouse over a report (Note: Not all actions are available for each report):
Download: Click "Download" and configure the report (if necessary). After the report is generated, click "Download XLS/PDF," and the report will be downloaded to your default download folder. From there, you can print the report or share it with others.
Print: Click "Print" and configure the report (if necessary). After the report is generated, click "Download PDF," and the report will be downloaded to your default download folder. From there, you can print the report or share it with others.
Edit: Only user created content can be edited. If you wish to edit a system template, copy it, and then you can edit it.
Copy: Duplicates the report.
In the rest of this article, we will discuss the details of the available report sections.
Favorite Reports
The Report center is divided into categories (i.e., features, order document composer, or page composer). You must navigate through Report Center categories to get to that specific report or reports you want. This navigation takes time. You can mark the reports you use regularly to speed up the time it takes to find them as a favorite.
To make a report as a favorite, hover your mouse over the report and click the star icon to identify the report as a favorite (as shown below). When in favorites and you want the report to no longer be a favorite, you can just unstar the report, and it will be removed.
Special Order Reports
The following reports are available in the "Special Orders" category:
Special Orders Report: This spreadsheet contains all the information regarding your special orders. Before downloading, you can select a date range to configure the report within a certain time window. The report breaks down special orders into three separate sheets:
By Vendor: Broken down by vendor, you can view important information like the total number of special orders, total wholesale, total revenue, total wholesale, total shipping, and profit margin.
By Customer: Broken down by customer (e.g., member or guest), you can view important information like total retail, total revenue, the total number of orders, total wholesale, and profit margin.
All Special Orders: Broken down by every special order, you can view important information like customer name, vendor, SO #, Vendor Confirmation #, Retail Price, Wholesale Price, Shipping Cost, Revenue, Item SKU/Style #, and important dates (date ordered, date received, and date order was completed).
Special Orders Report by Category: This spreadsheet contains a sheet for each special order category with at least one order. Each sheet is broken down by special order, with important information like customer name, vendor, SO #, Vendor Confirmation #, Retail Price, Wholesale Price, Shipping Cost, Revenue, Item SKU/Style #, and important dates (date ordered, date received, and date order was completed). Before downloading, you can select a date range to configure the report within a certain time window.
Filtered Order Report: Generated into a PDF, this report summarizes special orders with important information like SO#, Vendor Confirmation #, Customer Name, Item Description, Vendor, and important dates (date ordered, date received, and date order was completed).
Before downloading the report, you can customize the Filtered Order Report by clicking "Edit" instead of "Download." This will allow you to filter special orders based on select stages and fields. For more details about editing the filtered order report, Click Here.This report can also be accessed by visiting Special Orders > Purchase Orders > Open Order Report.Audit Log: Generated into a PDF, this report summarizes the activity around specific purchase orders. You can view who completed an action (e.g., placed order, received order, etc.) and the time it was completed. When selecting this report, you can select the specific purchase order to review. This report is also available by going to Special Orders > Purchase Orders, selecting an order, and clicking "Audit."
Purchase Order: Generated into a PDF, this report summarizes a specific purchase order and is formatted to be sent and authorized by your accounting department. When downloading this report, you can find a Purchase Order by selecting a customer and choosing their order, or you may search by Purchase Order only.
Before downloading the report, you can customize the Purchase Order Report by clicking "Edit" instead of "Download." This will allow you to display which details will be shown in the report. For more details about editing a purchase order report, Click Here. This report is also available by going to Special Orders > Purchase Orders, selecting an order, and clicking "Print."
The following templates are also available:
Special Order Details: This report includes valuable information regarding a special order that could benefit internal use.
Customer Order Confirmation: This report includes order confirmation details that could be valuable to share with your members. It can be automatically attached to the "Order Placed" email and linked in the text message to the member for easy communication.
You can print or copy any of the available templates. If you wish to edit a template, copy it, and this will create a user-created page that you can edit. Any user-created page can be copied, edited, or printed.
Stock Order Reports
The following reports are available in the "Stock Orders" category:
Orders by Category: This spreadsheet contains information regarding your stock orders within a category, including the aggregate number of items in the category, cost, and the number of stock orders within the category. Before downloading, you can select a reference date, the date range to configure the report within a certain time window, and the cateogry to be included in the report.
Order by Category Detailed: This spreadsheet contains detailed information regarding your stock orders within a category, allowing you to determine how many items from a certain size or color group will be in inventory within a certain time range for a given product category. For example, you can determine how many "red" shirts you have on order, a specific size like large, or both as a value and as a percentage. This will allow you to better plan stock orders and properly balance inventory. Before downloading, you can select a reference date, the date range to configure the report within a certain time window, and the category to be included in the report.
Purchase Order: Generated into a PDF, this report summarizes a specific stock purchase order and is formatted to be sent and authorized by your accounting department. When downloading this report, you can select a specific purchase order.
Before downloading the report, you can customize the Purchase Order Report by clicking "Edit" instead of "Download." This will allow you to display which details will be shown in the report. For more details about editing a stock order purchase order report, Click Here.Stock Order Report: This spreadsheet contains all the information regarding your stock orders. Before downloading, you can select a date range to configure the report within a certain time window.
Open Order Report: Generated into a PDF, this report summarizes all open stock orders with information like PO#, Nickname, Vendor Name, Vendor Confirmation #, Category, # of Items, Total Cost, important dates (created, ordered, delivered), and more.
Audit Log: Generated into a PDF, this report summarizes the activity around specific stock orders. You can view who completed an action (e.g., created order, received order, etc.) and the time it was completed. When selecting this report, you can select the specific stock order to review.
Itemized Category Report: This spreadsheet contains a list of stock order sequentially and quantities of items per category. The report will include other order details (i.e., delivery status, dates, confirmation number, etc.). When selecting this report, you can select a date range to configure the report within a certain time window, sort method and more.
Demo Club Reports
The following reports are available in the "Demo Club" category:
Inventory Report: This spreadsheet contains a great snapshot of your current inventory. The spreadsheet is organized into three sheets: All Clubs, Clubs Borrowed, and Clubs in the shop.
All Clubs: This sheet includes a list of all clubs in your inventory (borrowed or in the shop). The sheet consists of the tracking ID, item kind, times it has been checked out, current status, and some club details.
Clubs Borrowed: This sheet includes a list of all clubs currently being borrowed. In addition, the sheet consists of the tracking ID, checkout date, customer name, customer contact information, expected return date, and some club details.
Clubs in the Shop: This sheet includes a list of all clubs in the shop. The sheet consists of tracking ID, the last time it was checked out, and some club details.
Historical Demo Report: This spreadsheet contains the history of your demo club activity at the club. Before downloading, you can select a date range to configure the report within a certain time window. The spreadsheet is organized into three sheets: All Demos, Demos by club, and Demos by golfer.
All Demos: This sheet includes the history of all instances of a demo. The sheet consists of the club details, customer name, date it was issued, expected return date, actual return date, whether it was returned on time, total days checked out, and outcome (e.g., sold, returned to inventory, etc.).
Demos by club: Broken down by specific demo club, this sheet includes the club details, total number of times it was demoed, total days it was demoed, average checkout duration, and number of instances it resulted in a special order.
Demos by golfer: Broken down by specific customer (member or guest), this sheet includes the total number of times the customer has demoed a club, the total days the customer has checked out demo clubs, the number of special orders resulting from a demo, average days their demos were expected to be out, and percentage of time the demos were returned on time.
Demo Club Inventory Spreadsheet: This spreadsheet lists the entire demo club inventory (and the demo club details). This report can also be accessed by going to Demo Clubs > Inventory > Download Spreadsheet.
Club Repairs Report
The following reports are available in the "Club Repairs Report" category:
Commission Report (Spreadsheet): This report will break down commissions for each technician, a list of club repairs completed with the total commission, and additional information.
Club Repair Report (Spreadsheet): A complete list of all club repairs, onsite and offsite, based on a selected date range for "Repair Entered."
Historical Grip Report (Spreadsheet): A compilation of club repairs that include grips, based on a selected date range for "Repair Entered." This file includes multiple sheets, each summarizing different grip data (e.g., all grips available, grips sold, and grips by customer).

Club Repair Details Report - Offsite (PDF): A professional detail club repair report for club repairs performed offsite. This report includes relevant information such as customer details, repair items, services performed, pricing, and repair status. This report can be customized by copying it. For details on

Member Report
The Member Spreadsheet is the only report available in the "Member" category. This report contains the member roster in spreadsheet format. In addition, the report will include system fields (e.g., first name, last name, email, etc.) and any custom fields. This report can also be accessed by going to Members > Download Spreadsheet.
Vendor Report
The Vendor Spreadsheet is the only report available in the "Vendor" category. This report contains the vendor roster in spreadsheet format. In addition, the report will include system fields (e.g., vendor name, vendor phone number, etc.) and any custom fields. This report can also be accessed by going to Vendors > Download Spreadsheet.
Surveys Report
The following reports are available in the "Survey" category:
Individual Responses (Spreadsheet): This detailed report lists every response to every survey question organized by member.
Response Summary by Question (Spreadsheet): Organized by question, this report provides an answer summary to every question.
Response Summary Report (PDF): This report displays the survey results in a professional and easy-to-read format.

Online "Order" Forms
The only report available in the "Online Forms" category is the Detailed Online Order spreadsheet. This report will break down specific online orders by member and unique items. The report will also contain details for the vendor, category, total units, and more helpful information related to the order. This report can also be accessed by going to Online Forms > Download spreadsheet.
Page Composer
The Page Composer category lists all reports created using the Page Composer. Default templates will be shown with an blue banner, and user created documents will be shown with an orange banner (as shown below).
You can print or copy any of the available templates. If you wish to edit a template, copy it and this will create a user created page that you can edit. Any user created page can be copied, edited, or printed.

Demo Inventory Labels - 5160: This document is designed around the Avery 5160 label page and gives you quick access to printing labels for demo clubs and rentals.
Demo Scan Labels - 5150: This document is designed around the Avery 5160 label page and gives you quick access to printing Barcode Labels for demo clubs.
Greenbriar - 10 Labels: Designed for the Green Briar - 10 Label page, this document gives you quick access to printing labels of that size.
Greenbriar - 14 Labels: Designed for the Green Briar - 14 Label page, this document gives you quick access to printing labels of that size.
Greenbriar - Laser (16 labels): Designed for the Green Briar - 16 Label page, this document gives you quick access to printing labels of that size.
Rental Scan Labels - 5150: This document is designed around the Avery 5160 label page and gives you quick access to printing Barcode Labels for rentals.
Rentals - Greenbriar - 10 Labels: Designed for the Green Briar - 10 Label page, this document gives you quick access to printing labels of that size for rental clubs.

Default Shaft Labels (Demos, Rentals, Members/Guests)
When printing shaft labels for demos, rentals, or members and guest, you need to have a default label for each. This ensures you are capturing the appropriate details on your pages for each:

After creating your default label templates, each will be tag with a flag, so you can easily identify them in the future (as shown below).
