Gather information from pet owners and translate it to your CRM

Step 1: Pet Owner Pre-Registration Process

  • After a pet owner has checked out, they are presented with a pre-registration link on both their confirmation page as well as their confirmation email.

  • The information in this form will transfer from the last time they entered the information so they will not need to re-enter it every time.

  • Also include service agreements for pet owners to sign.

Step 2: Review Pre-Registration Information from the Admin Portal

  • Click on the booking you'd like to review and open the pet information drawer

  • Easily copy and apply the information the pet owner entered or enter the information in your own facility's wording

  • The emergency contact information, if entered is also available to copy/paste into the pet owner's Additional Contacts

Step 3: Reviewing CRM information

  • Information saved during the pre-registration is saved onto the pet and pet owner's profile for you to reference in the future

  • No need to re-enter that information every time the pet comes to staye
