Step 1: Pet Owner Pre-Registration Process
After a pet owner has checked out, they are presented with a pre-registration link on both their confirmation page as well as their confirmation email.
The information in this form will transfer from the last time they entered the information so they will not need to re-enter it every time.
Also include service agreements for pet owners to sign.
Step 2: Review Pre-Registration Information from the Admin Portal
Click on the booking you'd like to review and open the pet information drawer
Easily copy and apply the information the pet owner entered or enter the information in your own facility's wording
The emergency contact information, if entered is also available to copy/paste into the pet owner's Additional Contacts
Step 3: Reviewing CRM information
Information saved during the pre-registration is saved onto the pet and pet owner's profile for you to reference in the future
No need to re-enter that information every time the pet comes to staye
