Summary
With our new iHASCO integration, personnel can be enrolled on an eLearning course directly from the HandsHQ Training Register. Once they complete the online course, their training records are automatically updated along with a certificate on your account. All standard iHASCO courses (currently 127), in different languages, are available with the integration.
Where is it available?
eLearning is available for all HandsHQ Training Register customers at no extra cost, you simply purchase course credits through us. If you're not using the HandsHQ Training Register, please get in touch for a quote.
Credits are billed as part of your annual plan, but additional credits can be purchased. Please get in touch to purchase your credits.
Step 1: Add iHASCO eLearning as course provider
Once you've purchased credits, our team will enable the feature for you.
The first step is then to assign iHASCO eLearning as the provider in the Course register.
Adding eLearning to a course:
Navigate to the Personnel section
Select 'Course register'
Add a new course, OR
Edit existing course
In the Provider section, change from 'Other provider' to 'iHASCO eLearning'
Type and select the course you want to use for eLearning
Save
When adding a new course that has an associated eLearning course, this will automatically be selected for you. If you decided you didn't want to use eLearning for that course, you can select 'other provider'.
Previously added courses will also be highlighted if an eLearning course is available.
Once you've assigned an iHASCO eLearning in the course register, you are ready to enrol individual personnel to the course!
Step 2: Enrol personnel to an eLearning course
To book eLearning, navigate to a personnel's profile and find the course (make sure the course has been assigned to them first!). If a course is expiring soon, expired or missing, a blue tag will be displayed on the row and eLearning can be booked by clicking on the tag.
In a personnel profile:
Use the Actions column on the right of the row to open the dropdown
Click book eLearning
An email is automatically sent to the email on the personnel profile
This email contains a unique link for them to take the course, please don't delete or share this email
The personnel will receive an email with instructions on how to take the course. Make sure they do not delete or share this email, as it contains a unique link for them to take the course.
🚨 Please note: Personnel will need an email address to book eLearning for them. You can edit their email in the Personnel library.
Booking status
Once booked, the status of the course will now be displayed on the personnel's profile.
