Taking eLearning courses

Course invites

  • The personnel will receive an email with instructions to take the course.

  • They can take the course on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.

  • The course invite does not expire and they can start the course and return to complete it later without having to start again.

  • Do not share the email with anyone as it contains your unique access link

Note: please save this email until you complete the course, as this is your way back in if you decide to take a break halfway through - and don't share it with anyone!

Taking the course

  • Most courses are available in multiple languages - please see the specific course information

  • After watching the course content, the personnel will take a short quiz to test their knowledge. They will need to get a score of 60% or above to pass the course. If they fail, they can try again as many times as they need to complete it.

  • They will be sent automatic email reminders every two weeks if they haven't completed the course.

Certificates

  • Once they have completed the course, their training records will be automatically updated in Training Register, and a certificate will be uploaded.

  • A copy of the certificate will also be emailed to the personnel
