Access and view your training register profile and launch eLearning seamlessly

Welcome to Your Training Register Profile!

Your profile is view-only. If you notice any errors or need changes, please contact your training manager or HandsHQ account administrator for assistance.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Download your training report: This includes all your training records and certificates.

  • Start an eLearning course: Available if you’ve been enrolled in any.

  • View your training certificates and card: Click on any course to display the certificate.

  • Enjoy mobile-friendly access to your profile anytime, anywhere!

💡 You will need Internet access to view your profile.

How do I gain access to view my HandsHQ training profile?

Your HandsHQ training administrator or your training manager can set you up with a login if you already don't have one. If you're already a user, see the section below.

I already have a login to HandsHQ, where can I see my own training profile?

If you already use HandsHQ and your account has the Training Register feature, you'll automatically have access to your training profile.

Click the new Profile menu section at the top-right corner of your screen.

I can't log in to my profile.

There are a few possibilities:

  • Your login hasn't been issued yet

    • Please contact the person who internally manages training within your organisation to issue a login.

  • You've been issued a login, but you haven't accepted the email invite yet

    • Please ensure you accept the email invite to log in and set up your password first.

  • Your password/email is incorrect

Training is missing or incorrect on my profile.

Please contact the person who internally manages training within your organisation. They will be able to amend and upload any training for you.

I have an expired eLearning course but no option to start it

Your training manager must enroll you in the course before you can start it. Please contact the person who internally manages training within your organisation to book you in.

I'm struggling to launch the eLearning course.

You need to enable pop-ups and third-party cookies/cross-site tracking in your browser settings. Read the full guide here ➡️

My eLearning course says "in progress" but I've completed it

If your eLearning is "stuck" in progress, please submit a ticket to the HandsHQ team using the link below.
