How credits are billed and deducted from your training register account

Summary: to get started with eLearning, you'll need to purchase iHASCO credits via HandsHQ. Credits are billing as part of your annual plan, but additional credits can be purchased at any time.


Purchasing credits

Please reach out to our team to buy eLearning course credits. Credits are billed annually as part of your package, but you can buy more anytime.

Once you've purchased credits, the eLearning feature will be activated on your account.

  • 1 credit = 1 course

  • Credits are purchased in bulk - the more you buy, the cheaper they are (minimum 5 credits)

  • Credits can't be refunded, but roll over to the following year.

  • Account owners and account admins will be emailed about credits running low and running out.

Viewing your credits

To view your credit balance:

  • Go to Settings

  • Navigate to Billing


How are eLearning credits deducted?

Simply put, the credit is deducted from your account balance the moment someone clicks the "Take course" in the booking email sent when you enrol personnel in a course.

Course needs to be booked

eLearning booked

The personnel has been sent the email but has not started the course.

At this stage, it is possible to remove the booking and you will be refunded the credit.

eLearning in progress

The personnel has started the course but has not completed it

At this stage, it is not possible to remove the booking as the credit has already been used.

Course status = green

The course has been completed and updated!
