I completed the eLearning course, but it still shows as "In Progress"
If you've completed a course but didn't receive the completion certificate, our support team might be able to assist.
How to avoid courses getting "stuck" In Progress?
We recommend the following actions to avoid your eLearning getting stuck "In Progress" and not showing as complete. This happens when the connection between HandsHQ, Scorm cloud and iHasco is interrupted.
Close the tab you did the course in - especially on mobile devices, this is easy to miss
Have a stable internet connection
VPNs and firewalls can impact the connection
Didn't receive the eLearning email?
Firstly, please check any junk folders. Secondly, make sure the correct email is added to the personnel profile that you assigned and booked the eLearning for.
When are credits deducted?
The credit is deducted from your balance the moment "Take course" is clicked from the invitation email.
What happens if I change the associated eLearning course later on?
The eLearning course can be changed, but doing this will cancel any bookings you've made for that course. Any bookings that haven't been started will be refunded, but any that are in progress will not be. (They will get a warning if any bookings are affected.)
Can I associate an existing course with an iHASCO eLearning course?
Yes! If you've added your own course that doesn't have an automatically associated eLearning course, do not worry. Simply edit the course provider, select iHASCO and search for the course you want to associate here. E.g. you might call it Asbestos Training, but in iHASCO, this is referred to as Asbestos Awareness - you can manually pair these together.
I cannot see/book the course on someone's profile?
If you want to make a booking for an eLearning course, you need to make sure that the course has been assigned to the personnel first. You can assign courses in the training register via their role, or on an individual basis.
What courses are available from iHASCO?
You can see the full list of courses here.
We aim to update the available courses on a monthly basis as iHasco releases new courses.
