Required settings for eLearning on Android mobile devices (Chrome browser)

If you have an Android-based smartphone (e.g. Samsung), you will need to update the settings in Chrome (the default browser).

To enable the correct settings for eLearning on an Android smartphone, please follow these steps:

  • Click the "Take Course" link - this will take you to Chrome

  • Locate the three dots menu in Chrome ⚫️ ⚫️ ⚫️

  • Scroll down to Settings

    • Go to Site Settings

In Site Settings:

  • Allow pop-ups

    • Popups and redirects

    • Allow Popups

  • Allow Cookies

    • Site settings > Cookies

    • Allow Cookies

Once settings are enabled as above, try retaking the course

  • Click on the "three dots" menu on your browser screen (usually on the top or bottom).

  • Scroll down to Settings

  • Navigate to Site Settings

  • In Pop-ups and redirects, select "Allowed"

  • In Cookies, select "Allow cookies"

Please try retaking the course once you have enabled the correct settings.
