Required settings for eLearning on iPhone and iPad (Safari browser)
To make sure eLearnings works as it should on your iPhone/iPad, please go to:
Settings > Safari
Turn OFF (these are on by default):
Block pop-ups - OFF
Block cookies - OFF
Prevent cross-site tracking - OFF
Relaunch the eLearning course, and it should work! Watch the video demonstration and screenshots below for more detail.
If using an Apple device, we recommend you use Chrome, instead of Safari, as your browser to access HandsHQ. You can install it via the App Store.

Go to Settings from your homepage.
Scroll down to select the "Safari" section.
Disable the blocking of pop-ups and cookies
Please make sure your settings look like the screenshots above.
Once you've turned off blocking pop-ups and cookies, you can return to your email invite and relaunch the course.
